Marlins get smacked to open series against Nationals
The Marlins continued their home stand Thursday, opening a four game set with the Washington Nationals. Unfortunately for the Fish their bullpen, which has been a strength of the team, could not keep the Nats’ bats at bay. Marlin Maniac (@MarlinManiac) recaps the game here.
A 10-3 loss to the @Nationals opens Miami's four-game home series.
I mean, true, but the Nationals were expected to compete for the NL East title, and the Marlins were expected to lose 100 games. I'd say that we're less disappointed in the balance….https://t.co/FeyXveWGBI
